A5 Photography Zine :
It was August 2015, the world was a very different place. Global travel was easy and without restrictions (in most part) and my arrival in Cusco was the beginning of the Inca Trail photography adventure. But this journey had been in the making for many years.
The 26 mile trek passes through the Andes mountain range, climbing steps built by the Incas in the 15th century. Rising up to the highest point of Dead Woman’s pass at 4,200m above sea level, spending nights under the clear, star filled skies and finally ascending to the Sun Gate for sun rise as it catches Machu Picchu for the first time.
